We use industry-standard encryption systems for sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

To cancel an order simply call in to one of our branch numbers to confirm the order cancellation.
*Note that after 5 days of not making payment for your order, it will be cancelled; customer will then have to order again.
Billing & Payment
Currently, payments can either be made through:
1. Belize Bank Transfer/Deposit.
2. Atlantic Bank Transfer/Deposit.
3. Payment in store/up front (store pickup).
An email will be sent to the customer with details on how to make the payment.
We do provide Layaway plans, on a case basis. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
We accept business checks but not personal checks.
After 5 days of not making payment for your order, it will be cancelled. You could always order again and make payment.
Shipment and Delivery
Delivery to locations other than those of Belize, Belmopan, & San Ignacio is available only COD via third party shipping including but not limited to BPMS; Belize San Pedro Belize Express; Tropic Air, Maya Island Air. The charges for shipping via any of these option are determined by the carrier and can be based either by weight or volume. By choosing any of these options, you commit to pay the relevant carrier upon delivery. GS-COM does not charge for the delivery to any of these third party carriers.
Once your order is placed and confirmed, GS-COM will prepare orders and have it ready to ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. You will be notified electronically when orders are shipped and you can check on its progress by signing into your account and clicking “Orders”.
If you happen to input an incorrect address, you can simply go back on the browser to change or correct it before finalizing. If the address is still incorrect after finalizing, you can give us a call or Whatsapp us with the correct address.
If you by some chance received an incorrect item, contact one of our branch numbers or Whatsapp us immediately to have the issue looked into. In the event that this occurs, it is advised for the customer to take care of the packaging and hold on to their receipt(s).
At this time, we do not sell nor deliver to any location outside of the country of Belize. Deliveries can be made countrywide within border limits.
Items can only be returned to a store, we currently do not process refunds, replacements, or exchanges online. Please contact email@example.com if you need assistance.
In addition to inspecting computer and printer devices, we also offer service and repairs, surveillance system installation, and point of sales (POS) system installation.
Yes, however, an inspection must first be initiated in order for our technicians to determine whether replacements will be necessary. An inspection fee of $56.25 must be paid in order for the technician to check any device and determine the problem, source, solution, and recommendations if replacements will be needed.
